1. dStatement request from destination bank will be notified from ttb touch.
2. Read service details, then select “Next”.
3. Select up to 5 accounts. Please note that you can request transaction history up to 6 months with 75 THB issue fee per account, then select “Next”.
4. Select “Confirm” to proceed.
5. Select payment account, then select “Next”.
6. Read service details, then select “Confirm”.
7. Enter PIN to confirm.
8. dStatement has been requested successfully.
9. The system will notify from ttb touch once the document has been sent successfully to destination bank.
10. Request can be view from NDID/dStatement menu.
