
1. Select “Service”, the 3rd menu from the bottom.

2. From “Service” page,
2.1) Select “Other Services”
2.2) Select “Track Request/Complaint”.
2.1) Select “Other Services”
2.2) Select “Track Request/Complaint”.

3. System will display all requests/complaints with their status, then select the request/complaint for more details.

4. View request/complaint details.
