1. Select “Service”, the 3rd menu from the bottom.
2. From “Service” page,
2.1) Select “Other services”
2.2) Select “Book Branch Queue”
2.1) Select “Other services”
2.2) Select “Book Branch Queue”
3. Choose a service to make an appointment for.
4. Select the branch to reserve a queue.
5. Book a queue immediately (for all transactions) or select a time to make an appointment in advance (for specific transactions such as Mutual fund and loans).
6. Save the QR Code to scan for your queue at the branch.
7. You can view, reschedule, or cancel your booked queue on the queue details screen.
