1. Scroll down to select “My Work”.
2. There are 3 methods to access request, select “Waiting for approval”, select “ Services” and scroll down to Other menu, then select “Services”.
3. From Services page, select “Waiting for approval”.
4. Enter PIN to confirm.
5. The system will display 3 types of approval; Pending, Approved, and Rejected.
6. If select Pending, the system will display Request Details. Select “Approve” to approve request.
7. Select “Confirm” to approve request.
8. The request has been approved successfully. The system will display the approval confirmation at the top of page. To view historical requests select “Approved”.
