1. Select “Service”, the 3rd menu from the bottom.
2. Select the "Yindee" icon in the top-right corner.
3. You'll be taken to the “Chat with Yindee” page. Choose the product you need, and then follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
4. Select “Report an issue or ask further questions” to type your message and send your questions or issues to Yindee.
5. After you've received your answer, you can select "I've received a complete answer" to end the conversation and rate your satisfaction with the Yindee service.
