แจ้งมาตรการยกระดับความปลอดภัยเพื่อให้ชื่อผู้ใช้งานโมบายแบงก์กิ้งตรงกับชื่อผู้ใช้ซิมมือถือ

สมาคมธนาคารไทย ธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทย (ธปท.) สำนักงานป้องกันและปราบปรามการฟอกเงิน (ปปง.) และสำนักงานคณะกรรมการกิจการกระจายเสียง กิจการโทรทัศน์ และกิจการโทรคมนาคมแห่งชาติ (กสทช.) ได้ร่วมกันออกมาตรการเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหา ชื่อเจ้าของเบอร์มือถือไม่ตรงกับชื่อที่ลงทะเบียนเพื่อป้องกันและปราบปรามอาชญากรรมทางเทคโนโลยี

ทีทีบี จะส่งข้อความแจ้งเตือนไปยังผู้ใช้งานที่ชื่อเจ้าของเบอร์มือถือไม่ตรงกับชื่อที่ลงทะเบียนใช้งาน ทีทีบี ทัช หรือไม่พบข้อมูลการลงทะเบียนซิมกับเครือข่ายมือถือภายในวันที่ 25 มิถุนายน 2568

โดยลูกค้าที่ไม่ได้รับแจ้งไม่ต้องดำเนินการใดๆ สามารถใช้งาน ทีทีบี ทัช ได้ตามปกติ

สิ่งที่ลูกค้าที่ได้รับการแจ้งต้องทำ

1. ติดต่อผู้ให้บริการเครือข่ายมือถือที่คุณใช้งาน
2. แจ้งเปลี่ยนชื่อจดทะเบียนซิมให้ตรงกับชื่อของคุณ
3. ขอ “หนังสือรับรองสิทธิในการใช้บริการ” จากผู้ให้บริการเครือข่ายมือถือ โดยระบุชื่อและเบอร์มือถือของคุณให้ชัดเจน
4. นำเอกสารมาแสดงที่ธนาคารทหารไทยธนชาต พร้อมบัตรประชาชน (หรือพาสปอร์ตสำหรับชาวต่างชาติ) ภายในวันที่ 8 กรกฎาคม 2568 เพื่อดำเนินการแก้ไขข้อมูลให้ถูกต้อง

กรณีไม่ได้ดำเนินการภายในเวลาที่กำหนด

• ลูกค้าต่างชาติ ธนาคารจะระงับการใช้งาน ทีทีบี ทัช ตั้งแต่วันที่ 14 กรกฎาคม 2568 เป็นต้นไป
• ลูกค้าไทย ธนาคารจะระงับการใช้งาน ทีทีบี ทัช ตั้งแต่วันที่ 15 กรกฎาคม 2568 เป็นต้นไป

กรณีถูกระงับการใช้งาน ทีทีบี ทัช

ลูกค้าต้องดำเนินการตามขั้นตอนข้างต้น (ติดต่อผู้ให้บริการเครือข่ายมือถือและนำเอกสารมายื่นที่ธนาคาร) เพื่อขอปลดล็อก ทีทีบี ทัช

การได้รับการยกเว้น

ลูกค้าสามารถแจ้งขอใช้สิทธิยกเว้นได้ในกรณีที่ชื่อเจ้าของเบอร์มือถือเป็นของบุคคลดังต่อไปนี้

1. บุคคลในครอบครัว: พ่อ แม่ บุตร ธิดา พี่ น้อง ปู่ ย่า ตา ยาย คู่สมรสที่จดทะเบียน (ต้องแสดงเอกสารยืนยันความสัมพันธ์ เช่น สำเนาทะเบียนบ้าน สูติบัตร ทะเบียนสมรส และใบกำกับภาษี/ใบเสร็จค่าโทรศัพท์ที่มีอายุไม่เกิน 1 เดือน)
2. นิติบุคคล: บริษัทเอกชน หน่วยงานรัฐ หรือนิติบุคคลอื่นตามกฎหมาย (ต้องมีหนังสือรับรองจากบริษัทระบุชื่อพนักงาน เบอร์มือถือ และเอกสารอนุญาตให้ใช้แอปธนาคาร หรือใบกำกับภาษี/ใบเสร็จที่มีชื่อผู้ใช้บริการชัดเจน)
3. ผู้ที่ต้องได้รับการดูแลตามกฎหมาย: ผู้ไร้ความสามารถ ผู้เสมือนไร้ความสามารถ ผู้พิการ (ต้องมีเอกสารคำสั่งศาลแต่งตั้งผู้อนุบาล/ผู้พิทักษ์ หรือบัตรผู้พิการ)

โดยชื่อเจ้าของเบอร์มือถือที่จะนำมาแจ้งต้องเป็นคนไทยเท่านั้น

การตรวจสอบเบอร์มือถือที่ผูกกับ ทีทีบี ทัช

ลูกค้าสามารถตรวจสอบได้เองใน ทีทีบี ทัช ตามขั้นตอนดังนี้

1. เข้าใช้งาน ทีทีบี ทัช กดปุ่มขวาล่างสุด (ตั้งค่า)
2. ใส่รหัส 6 หลัก
3. เลือก "แก้ไขข้อมูลส่วนตัว” หน้าจอจะแสดงเบอร์มือถือที่ใช้ผูกกับ ทีทีบี ทัช

มาตรการนี้เป็นไปตามกฎกระทรวงและมติของคณะกรรมการป้องกันและปราบปรามอาชญากรรมทางเทคโนโลยี โดยมีเป้าหมายเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการปราบปรามอาชญากรรมออนไลน์ และเป็นมาตรการบังคับใช้กับทุกธนาคารในแนวทางเดียวกัน

Enhanced security measures: Ensure your mobile banking name matches your SIM registered name

In accordance with the Ministerial Regulation on Customer Due Diligence B.E. 2563, issued under the Anti-Money Laundering Act B.E. 2542, and the resolution of the Technology Crime Prevention and Suppression Committee, measures have been established to ensure that the mobile no. owner's name matches the registered name to prevent and suppress technology-related crimes.

ttb will send notification messages to users whose mobile no. owner's name does not match the name registered with ttb touch or whose SIM registration information with the mobile network is not found by Date 25 June 2025.

If you do not receive a notification, no action is needed, and you may continue to use ttb touch as normal.

Actions required for notified customers

1. Contact your mobile service provider.
2. Change SIM's registered name to match your name.
3. Request "Certificate of Service Usage Rights" from service provider, clearly stating your name and mobile no.
4. Bring this document along with your citizen ID card (or passport for foreigners) to a TMB Thanachach Bank branch by Date 8 July 2025 to update your information correctly.

If you do not comply by the deadline

• Foreign customers: ttb will suspend your ttb touch usage starting Date 14 July 2025.
• Thai customers: ttb will suspend your ttb touch usage starting Date 15 July 2025.

If your ttb touch Is suspended
You will need to follow the steps outlined above (contact your mobile service provider and submit documents to the bank) to get your ttb touch unblocked.

Exemptions

Customers may request an exemption if the mobile no. owner's name belongs to 1 of the following individuals:

1. Family members: Father, Mother, Child, Brother or Sister (from same parents), Grandparent, Registered Spouse (must provide relationship verification documents such as house registration copy, birth certificate, marriage certificate, and a mobile bill/tax invoice not older than 1 month).
2. Juristic persons: Private companies, government agencies, or other juristic persons as per the law (must have a certification letter from the company specifying employee name, mobile no., and authorization to use the banking app, or a tax invoice/receipt with the user's name clearly stated).
3. Individuals requiring legal care: Incapacitated persons, quasi-incapacitated persons, persons with disabilities (must provide a court order appointing a guardian/custodian or a disability card).

The name of the mobile no. owner provided for exemption must be Thai only.

How to check the mobile no. linked to ttb touch

Customers may check this themselves within the app by following these steps:

1. Login to ttb touch and tap the bottom right button (Settings).
2. Enter your 6-digit passcode.
3. Select "Edit profile"; the screen will display the mobile no. linked to your ttb touch account.

This measure is in accordance with the Ministerial Regulation and the resolution of the Technology Crime Prevention and Suppression Committee, aiming to enhance the effectiveness of online crime suppression. This is a mandatory measure applied uniformly to all banks.
